Delivery & Operations

Service Support

Service support is not a separate activity at Parksons. It is part of how machines and workshops are delivered.

For workshop packages, service-related work begins well before dispatch — through configuration review, inspection, documentation, and coordination for installation and commissioning. These activities are typically embedded into the project scope, not treated as add-ons.

For individual machine supplies, the level of service support depends on the application and operating environment. In such cases, scope is defined clearly at the proposal stage, so expectations on inspection, commissioning, training, and after-sales support are aligned upfront.

We also assist plants that already have workshops in place, through structured Workshop Assessments - to identify machines that can be repaired, upgraded, replaced, or supplemented based on current operating needs.

The intent of service support is simple:

"To ensure that machines supplied remain usable, serviceable, and relevant in actual operation — not just at handover."
